John Edwards (Director & Chairman), is a graduate of Oxford and Sydney Universities and has held a number of senior posts in Australia, the Middle East, Asia and the United Kingdom. As Managing Director of a major Assurance group, he has been involved in the development of insurance operations in the Pacific region and elsewhere for many years.

David Tait (Director, CEO) is a 25 year veteran in the investment banking sector and an entrepreneur. Having served in Executive and Directorial positions at blue-chip investment banks in London, New York and Toronto, David has spent the last four years building successful start-up companies.

Laurence Baum (Director) is a solicitor by profession and had a successful litigation practice in Hong Kong. He was Executive Vice President of a prominent Hong Kong real estate corporation for more than a decade, establishing start up businesses in Asia and Europe. In the course of these developments extensive negotiations were undertaken with state oil and transport bodies in Indonesia, Vietnam, the PRC, the Philippines and, more recently, in PNG.

Peter Wilken (Director) is an advertising executive and brand management strategist with 25 years experience working on some of the world’s most prestigious brands. He has run companies for three of the top four global marketing communications networks – most recently as Regional Managing Director of Asia Pacific. He co-founded the company which became leading specialist brand consulting company in Hong Kong before being acquired by a London-based group.

Dennis Chisholm (Non-Executive Director) built his business management and development company from a family legal services business through a series of mergers and acquisitions to become one of the largest publicly listed business and financial services in Australia. Dennis provides consultancy and private investment opportunity services and was an early investor in The Biofuel Partnership.

John Archibald (Operations Director) is a highly experienced Project Management and Operations expert and Business Strategist. John has nearly 30 years experience with international construction engineering firms rising to the position of Operations Director. He is a qualified Civil Engineer, has an MBA from London Business School, and is actively involved with the Gurkhas having been a Captain in the Queens Gurkha Engineers.

Marco Bussadori (Technical and Sales Operations Officer) qualified in biochemistry from the University of London. He is a highly experienced professional with global experience in business development, go to market and direct sales strategies. In addition to owning his own consultancy business, Marco has worked as Incubation Manager and Technical Marketing Engineer for worldwide leading technology firms.

George MacLeod (CFO) is is a Canadian Chartered Accountant who qualified with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) in 1984. After gaining valuable experience in the firm’s insolvency practice, he held accounting and executive positions in the construction and fishing industries in Nova Scotia. In 1993 he started a Management Services business in Barbados and was a partner until 2011.
