Dennis Chisholm (Chairman) built his business management and development company from a family legal services business through a series of mergers and acquisitions to become one of the largest publicly listed business and financial services in Australia. Dennis provides consultancy and private investment opportunity services and was an early investor in The BioCube Corporation.

Laurence Baum (Director) is a solicitor by profession and had a successful litigation practice in Hong Kong. He was Executive Vice President of a prominent Hong Kong real estate corporation for more than a decade, establishing start up businesses in Asia and Europe. In the course of these developments extensive negotiations were undertaken with state oil and transport bodies in Indonesia, Vietnam, the PRC, the Philippines and, more recently, in PNG.

John Edwards (Non-Executive Director), is a graduate of Oxford and Sydney Universities and has held a number of senior posts in Australia, the Middle East, Asia and the United Kingdom. As Managing Director of a major Assurance group, he has been involved in the development of insurance operations in the Pacific region and elsewhere for many years.

Peter Lacey (Non-Executive Director) is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Cervus Equipment Corp Canada (TSXV:CVL) the largest John Deere distributor in North America  and the only publicly-listed.  Cervus also distributes JCB, Peter Bilt and Bob Cat across North America and in Oceania. Peter is a Director of five other public companies and two private ones. He is a Director and past President on the Board of Canada West Equipment Dealers Association, the trade association serving the farm equipment dealer industry in Western Canada. He is a philanthropist with active interest in his own charitable foundation in Africa.

Dr. Saeed Zaki, Ph.D. (Non-Executive Director), is an entrepreneur, public speaker and author with over 30 years of business management, planning and design experience. Based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he has successfully managed large multinational consulting firms in Thailand and Malaysia in the past. He has recently established a multidisciplinary design and management consultancy with a focus on delivering award winning and sustainable projects throughout Asia. An Architect, Urban Designer and Urban Planner, Dr. Saeed has a Ph.D. and an MSc in Urban Planning, besides degrees in Urban Design and Architecture. He has also completed Director Certification Program (DCP) from Thai Institute of Directors, a course certified by Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), qualifying him to sit on the board of listed companies in Thailand. Dr. Saeed sits on the board of a Canadian NGO, and a hospitality management firm he founded with other investors in Malaysia.

Christina Tan (Company Secretary) is a graduate of the University of New South Wales,  an Associate of the Australian Institute of Management, an Associate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Member of the Chartered Secretaries Australia. Previously engaged by a number of engineering companies in Singapore and Indonesia, and then by the National Australia Bank, she subsequently served as a Director of Abrahams and Associates for many years, before joining the BioCube Corporation as Company Secretary.

Dr. Steve Reaume (Chemical Engineer) is a PhD  Chemical Engineer from University of British Columbia with specialist knowledge in biodiesel chemistry (his doctorate thesis was in solid acid resins).  Steve also has Mechanical Engineering qualifications; a unique combination that has helped inform the design of the latest BioCube production machine.
